わたなべけい（渡邉香弥子、ID83）はオーストラリア在住の美術家。人間と自然、宇宙のつながり、生きるということをテーマに、主に、版画、ドローイング、ペインティング、ミクストメディア、オブジェを制作し、オーストラリア、日本、その他海外で発表している。今回の個展では、2020-21年にコロナ禍のため日豪間の往来が出来ず、出身地の東京で過ごした期間に制作した作品を展示する。

Kay (Kayako) Watanabe (ID83) is an Australia-based Japanese visual artist, mainly working in the field of printmaking, drawing, painting and small objects.  In her 2021 solo show in Tokyo, she will exhibit artworks she created while she responded to an unexpectedly protracted stay in her birthplace of Tokyo due to the Covid 19 pandemic by initiating a self-directed artist-in-residence.
