廣岡敏行会長のもと、2023年度より「明日の同窓会」プロジェクトとして同窓会の持続可能な姿について様々な議論を重ねてまいりました。これまで理事会、評議員会ではもちろん、広く会員にプロジェクトのヴィジョンを説明し、意見を求めるため、対面とオンラインの説明会も複数回開催しました。
同窓会内での議論と大学との交渉の結果、2025年4月より「同窓会事務局業務を大学に業務委託する」ことを目指すこととなりました。大きな組織変革となるため、会員の承認が必要と考え、2024年秋に臨時総会の開催を予定しております。
是非たくさんの方がご参加くださり、賛否の一票をお示しくださるようお願いいたします。

-To all members of ICU Alumni Association-

Under the leadership of President Toshiyuki Hirooka, the ICU Alumni Association has been holding various discussions on its sustainable future vision as part of the "Alumni Association of Tomorrow" project since FY2023.

As a result of these discussions within the association and negotiations with the university, it has been decided to aim for "outsourcing the association's office operations to the university," starting in April 2025. Since this represents a major organizational change, we plan to hold an emergency general assembly on 16 November, 2024.

We hope that many of you will attend the assembly to cast your vote of approval or disapproval.
